Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be considered if the e-learning materials have not been opened, downloaded, or accessed in any way.
  • Refunds are not available once the e-learning materials have been delivered and accessed.
How to Request a Refund

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
Refund Processing
  • Requests will be reviewed within seven (7) business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refund credit times may vary depending on your payment provider.
